Vivo has confirmed that it will officially launch the Vivo Y300 5G in India on November 21. While the company has already shared the phone’s rear design and color options, it hasn’t disclosed the full specifications yet. However, a recent report by 91mobiles Hindi has leaked the complete specs, as well as the expected price, just a week ahead of the launch.

The Vivo Y300 5G will be the successor to the Vivo Y200 5G, which launched in May 2024 with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor. According to the leak, the Y300 will come with several improvements, including better battery life, faster charging, upgraded cameras, enhanced AI features, and better sound quality.
The Y300 will be powered by the new Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset and feature a large 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. When it comes to cameras, the Y300 will have a 32MP front camera and a dual-camera system on the back. This system includes a 50MP main camera (Sony IMX882) and a 2MP secondary camera for bokeh (background blur).
One interesting feature is the AI Aura Light Ring LED flash, which will have three levels of brightness and support color adjustments. The phone will also come with AI-driven features, although the details of these features are not fully revealed yet. For audio, the Y300 will have two speakers for better stereo sound.
The Y300 is likely to come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smoother visuals. It will also have a peak brightness of 1200 nits, which should make the screen clear even in bright environments. The device will also include an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.

In comparison, the Y200 5G has a smaller 4,800mAh battery with 44W fast charging, a 16MP front camera, a single speaker, and no IP rating for water and dust resistance. It also has a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate but with a peak brightness of 800 nits.

According to the report, the Vivo Y300 5G will come in two storage options: 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The base model is expected to be priced between Rs 21,000 and Rs 22,000, while the higher storage variant could cost between Rs 24,000 and Rs 25,000. The phone will be available in three colors: Titanium Silver, Phantom Purple, and Emerald Green.
