Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim Set to Feature Game-Changing Camera from S25 Ultra

Galaxy-S25-Slim

Samsung is gearing up to launch its Galaxy S25 series, and one of the newest models we might see soon is the Galaxy S25 Slim. This phone could be Samsung’s response to Apple’s rumored iPhone 17 Slim, which might come out next year.

So far, we’ve only heard a few rumors about the Galaxy S25 Slim. But recently, it showed up in a GSM listing under the model number SM-S937U, linking it to the Galaxy S25 family. Now, popular tipster Ice Universe (@UniverseIce) has shared some more details about this phone.

200MP Camera on the Galaxy S25 Slim

According to a recent post by Ice Universe, the Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to have an “Ultra” camera. This doesn’t mean it’ll have all the same cameras as the Galaxy S25 Ultra, but it might include the Ultra’s main 200MP camera.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is rumored to feature a 200MP main rear camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera (3x zoom), and another 50MP telephoto camera (5x zoom). However, the Galaxy S25 Slim is likely to only use the 200MP primary camera, similar to what we saw with the Galaxy Z Fold6 SE, which also launched with a 200MP main camera.

Samsung may be following a similar plan with the Galaxy S25 Slim. It’s expected to have a 200MP primary camera along with a 12MP ultrawide camera and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom, like the Galaxy S25+ model.

The Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to launch globally by the second quarter of 2025, so we’ll likely hear more about it in the coming weeks.
