Xiaomi has introduced its new Redmi Buds 6 true wireless earbuds in India, targeting users who want great audio features at an affordable price.
Redmi Buds 6 Features
Dual-Driver System for Better Sound
The Redmi Buds 6 uses a dual-driver setup, combining a 12.4mm titanium diaphragm driver for deep bass with a 5.5mm micro-piezoelectric ceramic driver for sharp highs. This mix, along with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) of up to 49dB, makes your listening experience clear and immersive.
Transparency Mode
When you need to stay aware of your surroundings, you can use the transparency mode. It comes with three settings: Regular, Enhance Voice (for conversations), and Ambient Sound.
Seamless Connectivity
Connecting your Redmi Buds 6 is super simple. It supports multi-device pairing, Bluetooth 5.4 for quick and stable connections, and even pairs effortlessly with Xiaomi phones running HyperOS. You can also use the earbuds as a remote shutter to click pictures from your phone’s camera.
Long Battery Life
Battery life won’t be a concern with these earbuds. With ANC off, you get up to 10 hours of playtime from the earbuds alone, plus another 32 hours from the charging case. Even with ANC on, you’ll still have 6.5 hours of listening and an additional 19.5 hours from the case. A fast 10-minute charge gives you up to 4 hours of playback.
Durable and Convenient Design
The Redmi Buds 6 are IP54-rated, so they can handle dust and water, making them perfect for workouts. With AI-powered noise cancellation for calls, your voice will sound clear even in windy conditions.
Pricing and Availability
The Redmi Buds 6 comes in three colors: Titan White, Ivy Green, and Spectre Black. Until December 19th, they are available for Rs. 2,799 as a launch offer. After that, the price will be Rs. 2,999. Xiaomi is also offering a “Lost Worry-Free” service, letting you replace a single lost earbud at half the price within two years.
You can buy them starting December 13th on Amazon, Flipkart, Mi.com, and Xiaomi stores.
