Realme Note 60x Spotted on Certification Platforms, Launch Likely Imminent
Realme’s budget-friendly Note series is set to make another splash, with the upcoming Realme Note 60x showing up on several certification platforms. This suggests that its launch could be just around the corner. After the introduction of the Realme Note 60 in Indonesia earlier this year, the new 60x model is expected to join the lineup with some updates and tweaks.
Realme Note 60x Details Revealed via FCC and EU Listings
The Realme Note 60x has been spotted on both EU Declaration and FCC certification websites under the model number RMX3938, as reported by MySmartPrice. The phone has also been listed on platforms like NBTC, confirming its marketing name and indicating that it will be a 4G-only device, aimed at the entry-level segment.
Key Hardware Insights
Images from the FCC filings reveal some of the key hardware details. The Realme Note 60x will feature a 5000mAh battery (typical) with support for 10W charging via the included OP52JCUH charger. The device will weigh in at 187 grams and measure 167.26 x 76.67 x 7.84mm, making it a relatively lightweight and sleek option within its category.
Camera and Connectivity Updates
The camera setup of the Note 60x appears to have been updated as well. Early listings mentioned a 32MP primary camera, but FCC documentation now shows an 8MP rear camera with autofocus. The front camera is expected to be a 5MP sensor, in line with its budget-focused design.
On the connectivity front, the Realme Note 60x will support 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, and multiple satellite navigation systems including Galileo, GLONASS, GPS, BDS, and SBAS. The device will run on Android 14 with Realme UI 5.0 out of the box.
Expected Launch and Availability
The certification appearances suggest that a global launch of the Realme Note 60x is likely. It will join the Realme Note 60, which launched in Indonesia in August, featuring a 6.74-inch display, the Unisoc T612 chipset, and IP64 dust and splash resistance, priced at 1,399,000 Indonesian Rupiah (around $90 or ₹7,580). This makes it a strong competitor, priced even lower than the Redmi A4 5G in India.
Historically, the Realme Note series has been available in select international markets but has not yet been released in India. It remains to be seen if Realme plans to change this strategy and bring the Note 60x to the Indian market.
