Realme has started teasing the launch of its 14 Pro series in India, but most details about the phones are still kept under wraps. Thankfully, popular tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS) has shared some detailed information about what we can expect. Let’s break it down for you.
Realme 14 Pro
The Realme 14 Pro will come with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, as revealed in Realme’s teaser. This matches what DCS has confirmed. Based on earlier reports, the phone will have 8GB or 12GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
For photography, the phone will feature three cameras on the back. The main camera will use a 50MP sensor with a 1/1.56-inch size, ensuring great clarity. You’ll also get an 8MP ultra-wide camera for wider shots and a 50MP IMX882 periscope lens with 3x optical zoom. This periscope lens comes with a 1/1.95-inch sensor size for more detailed zoomed-in photos.
The phone will also include 80W fast charging, helping you quickly power up its battery. As for the display, Realme is using an “equal depth quad-curved screen,” which means the edges of the screen curve smoothly on all four sides. It will have a plastic frame and an optical fingerprint sensor for quick unlocking.
Realme has started teasing this phone in India, so we expect it to launch sometime in December. But before that, Realme is planning another launch for a different phone—the Realme 14x.
Realme 14x
The Realme 14x will launch on December 18 and will be powered by the Dimensity 6300 5G chipset. This phone stands out because it will be India’s first IP69-rated smartphone under ₹15,000. This means your phone will be well-protected against water, even in extreme conditions like being submerged, exposed to 85°C hot water, or while you’re in the shower.
The Realme 14x will come with a massive 6,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. It will be available in three colors—Red, Gold, and Black.
