iQOO 13 Set for India with a Battery Downgrade What You Need to Know

iQOO is getting ready to launch its new iQOO 13 smartphone in India on December 3rd, and while it’s almost the same as the Chinese version, there’s one small difference. The Indian model will come with a slightly smaller 6,000mAh battery instead of the 6,150mAh battery used in the Chinese version. The 120W fast-charging speed, though, will stay the same across both models.

Features and Specs

Aside from the battery size, the Indian iQOO 13 is expected to have all the same features as the Chinese model. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Display: A 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1,440p resolution, and a brightness level of 4500 nits. This means the display will look clear, smooth, and vibrant.
  • Performance: It’s powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and you can choose up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The phone will run on Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15.

Camera System

The iQOO 13 has some impressive cameras:

  • Rear Cameras:
    • A 50MP main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), helping you take stable and sharp photos.
    • A 50MP ultra-wide camera with a 150° field of view, making it easy to capture wide landscapes.
    • A 50MP telephoto camera with up to 4x lossless zoom and OIS for closer shots.
  • Front Camera: A 32MP front camera with an f/2.45 aperture for clear selfies.

Other Features

The iQOO 13 is built to be durable with an IP69 rating, meaning it’s resistant to water and dust. For colors, it will be available in Legend and Nardo Grey for the Indian market. The phone also includes an in-display fingerprint sensor, 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.

Overall, the iQOO 13 brings a lot to the table and should be a good choice for people looking for a high-performing smartphone.
