Oppo has officially announced that its new smartphone, the Oppo A5 Pro, will be launched in China on December 24. The A5 Pro follows the success of the Oppo A3 Pro, a phone known for its exceptional durability. In fact, the A3 Pro was the first phone in the industry to achieve top dust and water resistance ratings—IP69, IP68, and IP66.
What Can You Expect from the Oppo A5 Pro?
The Oppo A3 Pro set a high standard with its durability. It featured Crystal Shield glass, which made it 160% more drop-resistant than regular glass, and it even earned the SGS Golden Five-Star certification for its strong drop and impact resistance.
Now, the Oppo A5 Pro is expected to take this durability even further. The phone, which has the model number PKP110, recently received TENAA certification in China, giving us a good look at its specifications.
