Leaked Galaxy S25 and S25+ SIM Tray Reveals Stunning New Color Options

Samsung is planning to update its Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ phones with new color options. Recently leaked images of the SIM trays give us a sneak peek at these colors. These new models are expected to launch in January 2025.

New Colors

The official names of the colors haven’t been revealed yet, but the leaked trays show five different shades: Black, Green, Purple, Blue, and White. This new range of colors suggests that Samsung wants to offer more vibrant and varied choices.

The images show a deep Blue color, which is the darkest we’ve seen on a Galaxy S device in a long time. The Green and Purple shades look like mint and violet. The Black and White options are more traditional, though the Black could also look like dark gray.

Color Availability

These colors will probably be available for both the Galaxy S25 and S25+ models. The Galaxy S25 Ultra might have a simpler design, possibly with a titanium frame, to match its higher-end status.

Performance

For performance, both the S25 and S25+ have been seen on Geekbench with Samsung’s Exynos 2500 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite processors. It’s still unclear if the Exynos 2500 chip will be used outside of places like the US and China. However, the latest Geekbench scores for the Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered S25+ look promising, suggesting a big improvement over last year’s models.

Galaxy-S25

Both the base and plus models are expected to have the same screen sizes as before: 6.2 inches and 6.7 inches.

Possible New Model

Samsung might also be working on a new ‘Slim’ model as part of the S25 series. This model is expected to launch sometime in 2025, after the January release of the regular models.
