Samsung is likely planning a fresh design for its upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra, moving away from the curved display style that’s been a big part of the Ultra series for a while. New images shared by Technizo Concept give us a closer look at these design changes and possible color options.
Galaxy S25 Ultra Colors and New Design
According to the new renderings, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will come in four main colors: Titanium Black, Titanium Blue, Titanium Gray, and Titanium Silver.
This color lineup is a bit different from earlier rumors, which suggested colors like black, green, blue, and “titanium.” For comparison, last year’s Galaxy S24 Ultra came in brighter colors like Orange Titanium, Violet Titanium and Yellow Titanium.
Switching from Curved to Flat Display
One of the biggest design changes seen in the renders is a switch to a flat display, frame, and back. This is a big shift since Samsung has usually gone for curved edges on its high-end phones. However, in the last few years, the Galaxy S series base and Plus models have also leaned towards flatter designs.
The S25 Ultra also has more rounded corners, similar to the Galaxy S21 Ultra, which could make it feel more comfortable in the hand. The camera layout also seems to take inspiration from the recent Galaxy Z Fold 6.
Sleeker Look and Better Performance
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be a bit slimmer than the S24 Ultra, giving it a sleeker look. The phone also appeared on Geekbench with the model number SM-S938U, scoring 3,148 on the single-core test and 10,236 on the multi-core test. These scores suggest it will perform even better than the S24 Ultra.
In short, the Galaxy S25 Ultra seems to combine some classic Samsung design choices with new ideas. While Samsung hasn’t officially announced anything yet, these renderings give us an exciting sneak peek at what the Galaxy S25 Ultra might offer.
